I’m having such a great time on The Couch and recently, I had the pleasure of working out with Jay Cardiello, a.k.a. Mr. Cardio! He taught me how to do the “Charlie’s Angel” move and I was HOOKED! I’m always crunched for time so after researching his plan, I loved the fact that he encourages you to get a in a good workout in just 20 minutes. Do it 4 times a week and you’ll be in prime shape!
