Body Shred with Jillian Michaels!
Considering that we have a never ending food supply on The Couch, it’s only right that I find SOME way to burn the calories I consume! One of the biggest treats of my job is getting to talk to people who not only inspire me but who motivate me to be a better meeeee! Jillian Michaels has been one of those people so when I heard she would be in town for one day teaching her new Body Shred class at Crunch Gym in person, I had to get in on it! I’m going to be completely honest. I work out at least 3-4 times a week and I am not the type of person who pretends like it’s sooooo easy. There are times where I feel like there are not enough minutes in the day and it’s truly a struggle to get a workout in. This class is the answer to that problem.
