Don’t know about you, but when it comes to comfort food, mac & cheese is at the top of my list. Trust me, I’ve done plenty of research and tried many varieties, so I feel like I could be considered somewhat of an expert in this area… But as a person who works out regularly and has to watch what I eat, I don’t waste my calories on just any mac & cheese. So when I found out Executive Chef Michael Ferraro from Delicatessen and Macbar was coming to The Couch, I decided to indulge in what my opinion is the best mac & cheese in NYC!
