I woke up to some of the best news on Saturday morning… People were hitting me up on Twitter and FB to let me know that they spotted our billboard in of all places, TIMES SQUARE!  I know I get a little sappy, ok, FINE, I’m a big mush but I feel so PROUD whenever I look at this picture.  I took a moment to thank God for everything good in my life and this is just another one of his blessings. Many of you know but some of you don’t; I was extremely scared to leave my comfort zone, I LOVED waking you up every morning on the radio and I often wondered if I had made the right decision after I left. Every day that I go to work now, I know I did what was best for me and I’m so glad I did. I am learning so much, I’m being challenged, pushed and that doesn’t mean that I don’t miss my old crew or you guys because I do. It’s just that I meant every word that I said in my farewell speech. I’m not talking about it, I’m BEING about it. I would be a hypocrite if I encouraged everyone to go after their dreams and I didn’t go after my own.  If you’re having doubts about doing something in your own life, take my word for it- GO FOR IT.  Believe in yourself, quiet the noise and the haters and DO YOU. You may make it or you may not. But it’s ok. Because every time you look at yourself in the mirror you’ll be able to say you weren’t too afraid to try….
