The Wing King! And the best buffalo chicken dip recipe EVER.
One of our ‘Q from The Couch’ questions last week asked “What’s your favorite tailgate food?”. DUH. BUFFALO WINGS!!!! Our producers must have been listening because they got the highest authority and expert come cook them for us on the show- Wing King Drew Cerza! Drew came all the way from Buffalo, NY to teach us how to make the best wings on the planet and even gave us the coveted recipe for his buffalo chicken dip. Not only is it simple enough for me to make, but trust me, it was SO GOOD. You want to make this. And you want to try not to eat the whole thing by yourself.
FYI, did you know Drew was named the Wing King by my boy Bobby Flay after Bobby lost to him on a Throwdown challenge?! If that doesn’t convince you that he knows his stuff then I don’t know what will! Since I graduated kindergarten (with honors no less) and learned how to share, here is the recipe below. As my people would say, ENYOY!

½ cup Blue cheese dressing
